We partnered with the Betting, Gaming & Lotteries Commission (BGLC) to enhance their Interim Gaming Management Information System (IGMIS), addressing key operational challenges and improving efficiency across critical divisions such as Licensing, Compliance, and Finance. Our work included developing workflow diagrams, creating a customer-facing online portal, optimizing data processing through new process flows, and integrating robust reporting tools.
