We developed and deployed a custom Loan Management System for First Union, designed to automate and streamline the entire loan lifecycle across multiple branches in Jamaica. This scalable solution ensures consistent customer experience and operational efficiency, featuring branch-level customization, centralized data management, and robust reporting tools. The project included thorough testing, training, and infrastructure upgrades, providing a seamless, uniform implementation that supports decision-making across key divisions like PMO, CRM, Finance, and Risk.

Multi-Branch Implementation
Successfully deployed the custom-built Loan Management System across all First Union branches in Jamaica. This widespread implementation ensures consistent customer experience and operational standards across the network.
